My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Eddy. Before 4th of July weekend, I was living in the country (possibly abandoned), covered in ticks and twenty pounds underweight. I walked into the road and got hit by a car on Highway and broke my leg, but luckily the people in the car rescued me and were able to raise the money to fix my leg!
Now I'm happy and healthy and ready for my forever home. I am house/crate trained, like kids and other dogs, and I even do well around chickens! I've never met a cat before, but I'm pretty easy going. The vet says I'm almost a year old and probably a German Shepherd/Catahoula mix. I love walks, my rope toy, and cuddling on the couch.

Apply on our website now to adopt Eddy: shelterfriends.org

Eddy's adoption fee is $100 and includes his neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.

**We do NOT have a facility you can visit, as all of our dogs live in foster homes. If interested in one of them please fill out the adoption application on our website or attend one of the many adoption events we have each month. All events are listed on the website and Facebook page: facebook.com/ShelterFriends **
