Coming into rescue, he spent time at the vet to ensure he’s healthy – and he is! While at the vet, everyone fell in love with him. So much, that one of the vets called his foster parent to let them know how is one of the best dogs they ever met. On the day he was picked up from the vet, all of the staff had taken selfies, brought him presents and continually loved on him until he got into the car to leave.
Once in his foster home, he got along great with the other dogs, teenagers and parents. He quickly learned the ropes of the house and is a joy to have around.
Parker wants to be loved – that’s it. He likes to be held, plays well with new people and other dogs. He’s young, energetic and playful – not the annoying kind of energetic. He’s smart and wants to please his humans. He loves to eat, as coming off of the streets, he’s on the thin side.
Parker will would make a great addition to a home where he can be with people and be loved. Parker needs another dog in the home or someone home most of the time. Children need to be at least 10 years old. He's located in TX
