*RECLAIMED 8/18/2017** ... Ian Fleming is a handsome 5-year old male Labrador Retriever mix who was brought to the HSOV on August 17, 2017 after a Good Samaritan found him on State Route 550 at the 50A Carry-Out. He was wearing an electronic shock collar (perhaps for an electronic underground fence or as a training device), so surely someone must be missing this great dog!

Ian Fleming has a black short smooth coat with beautiful brindle highlights, a long tail, and a darling face with brindle shading, expressive brown eyes, and large floppy ears. This good-looking guy has an extremely friendly outgoing personality and seems to never have met a stranger.

Ian Fleming weighs 53 lbs and has already been neutered.

In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, Ian Fleming will be held for three days in hopes that his family will come to reclaim him. If that happy reunion does not take place, he will be available for adoption on August 20, 2017
