Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is helping facilitate the adoption of this cat. We take no responsibility for the health and medical records of this cat. It is the responsibility of the owner and adopter to discuss this. Baby is not in a Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue foster home but residing with his current owner in Courtyard, CA. Baby
Born October 2012, M, Blue-Point Ragdoll
Baby (Boy) is a sweet, loving, beautiful cat with a personality that matches his appearance. He is not an overly active kitty, but he does like to play chase, especially with other kitties.
He enjoys burrowing under blankets to ‘hide’. He is vocal but not overly so. He will let his needs be known and his current owner enjoys ‘talking’ to him. He very much enjoys human interaction and he loves being brushed. Even though he has long-hair, he is not prone to matting.
Baby is very shy with people he does not know and does not like loud noises. He also does not seem to care for kittens.
He has never been around small children and will probably shy away from loud activities. He is not at all aggressive. He enjoys the company of other adult cats and has lived with his current owner’s Schnauzer all his life.
A divorce has made keeping Baby difficult. His current owner admits that Baby has been allowed to go outside his whole life. Our organization does not advocate letting cats go outside, but we know there are circumstances where a fully-enclosed yard or a large catio are part of the set-up and allow a kitty to lead a happy and safe life. Since the divorce and the move to a different home, Baby apparently refuses to come inside.
It is with a very heavy heart that his owner has contacted our organization to help find Baby a better-suited home. She thinks that with someone who has time to spend with him and another fur friend (or two) to keep him company, Baby’s desire to be an outdoor only cat could be turned around.
He uses his litterbox without issues.
If you think you can give this gorgeous boy a loving, understanding and permanent home, please contact Frauke at 925-784-8244 or email at loveallcats7@gmail.com and submit an Adoption Application.
Please note that Baby is not in a Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue foster home but residing with his current owner in Courtland, CA while being placed in his permanent home.
