Hi People,
We are Charlie Brown and Lucy, a dynamic duo of three and four years old, who are happy, sweet and loving . I’m Charlie Brown and I’m the man of the house. My foster mom says I’m quiet, sweet and loving -- and very protective of Lucy (I think of her as my responsibility and take great care of her.) We like to play wrestle with each other – and we really like to go for walks. Being outside on a leash is really neat! Mom says we walk really nicely and stay with her wherever she goes. (We’re very well behaved!) And we love to ride in the car, too!
Dad says that Lucy is not as brave as I am (he calls it shy) but he says she loves to be petted, held and have her head scratched and belly rubbed. (Mom says I do, too, because I’m always watching what Lucy does. You see, we learn from one another.) Mom also says Lucy lets me take the lead most of the time, but that she can take over if she wants to – like she lets me think I can win every time we wrestle but once in a while she pins me and shows me I’m not always the best wrestler in the family!) We are inseparable and happiest when we can snuggle together. (We even like to share a bed, even though we each have our own!)
We get along well with other dogs and love people of all ages, sizes and shapes! Mom says we are both VERY smart, want to please and learn quickly what is expected of us. While we don’t talk a lot about our life before we became FurKids, things are a whole lot better now than they were before. We now have a loving home, good food, great doggy friends and a healthy routine. Our hair was very matted, tangled and stained and it is now growing out soft and white. We aren’t the most beautiful little fur kids on the outside right now but Mom says to tell you that inside we are just as beautiful as they come. And she says when Lucy looks at you with all the hope and love in her eyes, that you will simply melt. (I guess I’ll have to learn to do that, too!) Mom also says to tell you that I always let my sister eat first from the bowl, will wait and eat my treat last and am a REAL gentleman!)
What we want most of all is a Forever Family ….and a home where we can be together, love and be loved (and where we can entertain you, too!)
