9/4/17: POOR SWEET TABBY BOY SAFE NOW AND NEEDS A HOME! DOG & CAT FRIENDLY!

This gentle tabby was found cowering under a car, trying to stay safe from a world that had been very cruel to him. Lodger was obviously someone's pet for part of his life; maybe they didn't want him anymore and abandoned him without thinking of what he would go through on his own.

He was rescued by a kind woman who had him vetted and has fostered him for the past few months. Lodger is about two years old, has an amazing sweet personality, and gets along with other cats as well as dogs. He loves attention and lots of cuddling from humans, and has so much love to share.

We have many cats and kittens available for adoption throughout the year. Our kittens are in foster homes during the week where they receive the love and attention they need to grow and thrive.

All of our cats and kittens have been leukemia tested, vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas with advantage, spayed or neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. They also receive any other necessary treatment while in our program such as treatment for ear mites, respiratory infections, etc. Our tax-deductible adoption fee is $100 to help cover a portion of the medical and care costs.
