Here's what the humans have to say about me:
January 09 ~ We rescued Josie after learning the breeder who's had her for her short 3-4 years, no longer wanted her. She had served her purpose of producing pups. PLUS, she had gained too much weight. Probably from not having a yard to run and exercise in -- and living in a kennel. She's at 88 pounds. About 15-20 pounds too heavy. She's been placed on a weight control kibble. Despite all this - Josie is a sweetheart and deserves better!! A bit shy but not overly so. She's a friendly girl who likes giving kisses! Seems fine with most dogs, we don't know about cats. Scheduled for spay surgery, vaccine update, heartworm check, dental cleaning and grooming. Adoption fee $210. --- Accepting applications, please email with questions or for application. Should be ready for permanent home after 1/28/09.
