Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sugar, 3 yrs, F, tricolor, fox terrier, jboncler@embarqmail.com
Sugar's owner died and the owner's mother dumped her in an animal shelter.
At first Sugar (the name her owner gave her when she came to him as a tiny puppy) was a little fearful, but has been great
when she realized that she was going to find a new family to love her. Sugar is agile, active, and full of energy, and has had some
training in agility. She will fetch and play with her toys for hours at a time. Sugar is great on a leash, great on "recall", and a fun
dog to work with. She "talks" to you when you're playing with her -- it is hysterical as she sounds so ferocious - but she is
almost mimicking "play" sounds. This is a very special girl!!!
If you would like more information about one of the dogs featured above, be sure to send a note to the "Contact Person." This is the person fostering the dog and they will be happy to answer any questions you have. Please don't just show up at Adoption Day expecting every dog to be there. We are limited by the number of volunteers who can help at each Adoption Day. Also, in sending your note to the Contact Person, be sure to include information about yourself, family, home, yard, fence, other pets, work situation, and pet accommodations. This information will help us make the best match between you and one of our dogs.
