Sweet and friendly Emma is around a few years old and weighs about 45 lbs. She gets along wonderfully with all other dogs and never meets a stranger. Emma enjoys walks in the park, belly rubs, yummy treats and snuggling in front of the TV. So wonderful with kids! She is such a great girl that is going to make such an amazing family companion and best friend.
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at Petland Discounts in Southbury on Friday May 25th from 2-6pm. On Saturday, CPR will be at Ace Hardware in Oxford from 10-2pm. And finally on Sunday CPR will be hosting an Open House at the center in Southbury from 10-1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is normally $425. As part of the Pittie-Palooza, you can choose your Adoption Donation (minimum of $260). This includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog has tested negative for heartworms.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
