Here's what the humans have to say about me:
UPDATE 6/7/09: Susie is doing fine in foster care and waiting patiently for her forever home. She is a great middle aged cat that would do great as a companion for someone special.
UPDATE 2/7/09: Susie is still in foster care waiting her turn for adoption. If you are interested in adopting or meeting her, please e-mail us at spcagainesville@hotmail.com November is adopt a senior cat month. Susie isn't quite a senior at about 5 years old but we want her to find a home before she becomes one. Won't you make her dream come true.
UPDATE 8/23/08: Susie is still available for adoption. We know it takes the larger, adult kitties more time to find a home so Susie is patiently waiting for her forever home. Please e-mail us at spcagainesville@hotmail.com if you would like to meet her since our adoption site is full and she must stay in foster care for now.
UPDATE 5/28/08: We can't believe that we haven't had any interest in Susie. This is a great, sweet, gentle, adorable big girl who just can't wait for a human companion.
UPDATE 3/24/08: Our computers have been down so I just posted some new pictures of this lovely girl. She has also been microchipped.
POSTED 3/12/08: Susie is a 4-5 year old sweet, lovable, and adorable orange tabby girl. She weighs about 12 lbs. and has short hair. Susie is a lover and all she wants to do is snuggle. She has been in a foster home with other cats and does fine with them, but would do fine as an only cat too. What Susie wants most is a human companion of her own. Susie is a proven lap cat! She is likely to be a little shy at first but will soon warm up to any new human companion. She would also love to be a bed snuggler if given the chance. We do not know about children or dogs as she has not had any experience with them. What Susie is looking for is someone who will give her the time to get to know them and fall in love, and then will provide her with years of endless lap time and warm snuggly nights. Susie is currently in foster care, so if you are interest in adopting or getting to know her, please e-mail spcagainesville@hotmail.com for an application. Adult cats are so appreciative of being given a second chance at life that they will reward you with a lifetime of affection and devotion. All of our cats and kittens have been leukemia tested, vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked, spayed or neutered, and treated for fleas with Advantage.
