Tony's Story...
Tony is an adorable, sweet and gentle five-month-old chocolate and vanilla pit bull puppy looking for a loving home. Tony absolutely loves other dogs, so he’s looking for a home where he will have a compatible playmate. Tony is currently living in a fantastic foster home and is looking for a permanent home where someone has time and energy to train and house-break a puppy. He is very healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped and de-wormed. To meet and possibly adopt Tony, please fill out an adoption application on the web at www.cbbr.info/application.html His adoption fee of $250 supports the rescued dogs of CBBR. For more information, please contact Carolyn at carolyn@cbbr.info or 773-418-3286.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tony, a Chicago American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Chicago, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
