Hi I'm Bunny!!! I am smaller than I look (thanks a lot, big ears!) because I am only about 35-40 pounds, and at a year old, I am fully grown. My breed mix is a total mystery and my markings are somewhere between coolest ever and "failed makeup tutorial." My foster mom saved me from a kill shelter in the south. Everything is new to me! It's pretty exciting! As you can see from my video, I am super curious about television - James Bond isn't my favorite pick, I am more of a pacifist and there is just so much fighting and loud stuff in those movies! Whoa! I am very calm, gentle and sweet but I do love playing with the foster dogs in my family, and while I am the tiniest bit reserved when I first meet you I am quick to go full best friend status. I am good in the car and on the leash even though no one ever taught me these things. So I guess I am a quick learner! I would love to have my very own home. I love the kids in the house - two boys that are 10 and 7, and would do great going to sports games, out for ice cream, and all that cool family stuff. Or if you're single, hey, let's make fun of couples and puppies and families and sleep in until 10:30 and laugh and laugh and go have brunch. I'm flexible like that! I won't judge you, you don't judge me for these ears (hey, my hearing is excellent! I can hear a cheese wrapper three rooms over!), and we will have the very best time together whether it's a low key hang out or a full romp down the beach. It just takes that one person ready to say yes...is that you?
This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $375 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10am-Noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
