Sweet, sweet Bonnie Lee is a petit gal at 40lbs and just a year old, but is so very thankful she found her way into rescue. Bonnie Lee's first year of life was tough, but you'd never know it by her sweet, loving disposition. She came from an abusive home where she was yelled at and kept either in a building or chained. Didn't have a chance to run free. She's been thriving in an awesome foster home, and just LOVES being part of a family. Bonnie Lee is a smart girl thats eager to please and has already conquered house training like a pro. She loves pup pals and even kitties too, and is an active girl that would make an excellent running and/or hiking partner. Bonnie Lee can't wait to begin her happily ever after with a loving family, and just wants to prove she's worthy of love. Read on to learn how to make this gem yours.
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at PetValu in Southbury on Friday, November 30th from 2pm - 6pm. On Saturday December 1st from 10am - 2pm and on Sunday December 3rd from 10am - 1pm CPR will be at Petco on Queen St in Southington participating in the National Adoption Weekend. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $425 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog has tested negative for heartworms.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10am-Noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
