Are you looking for a devoted companion to join you in walks & fetch, along with some calm cuddle time too? Then I might be your kind of girl! Hi there, my name is Meadow (d.o.b. 4/30/2005). I love people, and people seem to love me too. With my tender-loving affectionate personality, balanced by my fun playful antics, what’s not to love?! I’m even the perfect medium-sized dog at only 50 lbs. Sadly my prior family moved and didn’t take me or my other dog-siblings along, so now I’m looking for a family to love and keep me FOREVER. I lived with kids in my prior home and did very well, so I would do best with kids 8-10 yrs old & up due to my playful excitement at times (I wouldn’t want to knock any little ones down or accidentally step on them!). Yes I can be playful, that’s because I’m a fun-lovin’ friendly girl that enjoys life! Tennis balls and plushy squeaky toys are some of my favorites to toss around with you. Being a young-adult still, I have active spurts of energy to release; so I plan to join you in daily exercise like walks or jogs, and playing fetch in my fenced yard too. After that, I’ll be ready to plop down and relax, nibble on a bone, or cuddle up at your side. Everyone says I’m one of the best cuddlers around! I have great house-manners, am housebroken, and I’m comfortable with crate training too. I ride great in a car, and absolutely love going for rides! Since I’m very smart and love to learn, I already know my basics like Sit, lay Down, Stay, and Shake. I would love doing an obedience class with my new family since it would be a fun way to keep my mind busy learning, all while meeting nice new people & seeing fun new places. If you have other dogs at home, I just need to meet them first to see if we can be friends. I’m kind of choosy about my doggie friends, but after slow introduction I usually do ok with most other dogs; all I ask is that they respect my food. I lived well with my best dog friend “Mufasa” and really enjoy his company (he’s up for Adoption too!), and I was a great mom to a litter of puppies too. Now I’m spayed, feeling great, and the doctor said I’m one of the healthiest girls around! Honestly I’m a fantastic companion with so much to offer – I’m extremely loyal, very loving, and full of fun with plenty of affection too.
