POSTED 6/8/09: Hopper and Cracker are Mallory's babies. Skipper and Swinger have already been adopted but the 2 orange boys still need a home. Hopper is the darker of the two brothers and Cracker is the lighter orange. They are about 11 weeks old and are doing well. They have been in foster care with other kittens and nice children who are spending a lot of time socializing them. Cracker was the shyest kitten in the litter so he will need some time to warm up to his new family. Hopper is a little more outgoing than his brother. Both kittens have been vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, leukemia tested, treated with advantage multi for fleas and heartworms, neutered, and microchipped. Our adoption fee is $100 to help cover a portion of the medical expense. Please visit these cute boys at PetsMart on Archer Road in Gainesville from 11am-5pm Sat and Sundays or e-mail us at spcagainesville@hotmail.com to learn more about our adoption process.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

HOPPER, a Putnam Hall Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Putnam Hall, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Putnam Hall.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Putnam Hall already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Putnam Hall breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Putnam Hall paves the way for another one to be saved.
