BEAU's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

BEAU's Story...
This is Beau. He came to Lab Rescuers when his owners could not look after him anymore. They reluctantly gave him up so that he and his brother, Jake, could find a fantastic home together. Beau and Jake are housetrained and good with cats, as they lived with 2 and never tried to chase them. They have grown up with small children and get along great with other dogs and love humans. They ride great in the car, know their commands, are very well behaved, and surprising mellow and polite for such young dogs. They need to be homed together as they do not fare well when they are not in each others company, and are true brothers. They are both up to date on shots neutered and microchipped and are ready to go to their new home. Please look up these beautiful boys at doginfo@labrescuers.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BEAU, a San Diego Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
