My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Saul is a two year old, 50 pound, very good boy. He has recently found himself single and on the market for a home of his own. He is looking for an athletic person or someone aspiring to be athletic to take him for daily walks because that is his jam! He is great walking on leash (a harness is best because he is strong) and he is very well behaved in the car. Saul is open to a relationship with a person/ people with kids but he would do best with kids 12 and up because he could knock smaller children over and he finds their running around screeching a bit disorienting as he isn't sure why anyone would act that way because he sure wouldn't. He is far too dignified for such shenanigans. Never fear, he does like to have fun- he enjoys catching the ball and other outdoor pursuits. This guy is crate and potty trained and gets along well with other dogs. We have had mixed reviews on his cat friendliness- he seems to want to chase them when they run so he is looking for love in a feline free household. Saul likes his foster mom well enough and loves to meet new people but he is looking for a committed relationship so he can settle down. If you are looking for love, maybe Saul is your guy. He is available to FaceTime and will have a video coming soon. He is high tech, you know.

If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 10am-Noon. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.

TO APPLY PLEASE GO TO www.cprdogs.com. If your application was successfully submitted you will get a confirmation. Please DO NOT USE the ADOPTAPET "CONTACT THIS RESCUE GROUP" form below or you may not hear from us as these often end up in spam or bouncing back.

After receipt of your application, an adoption counselor will then be in touch to answer your questions about this pup, discuss the adoption process and get the ball rolling! If you have not heard from one of our volunteers within 5 days of submitting your application, please email mollibo@gmail.com.
