5 girl litter's Story...
POSTED 7/22/09: Litter of 5 girl kittens. They are about 8-9 weeks old and weigh just over 2 lbs each. All 5 are girls. There is a calico, a torti, a black and white tuxedo, and 2 black kittens. Their mother died from internal bleeding when they were only a few weeks old. This group is very social and loving. They are very outgoing and people friendly. If you are interested in meeting these adorable babies, please visit PetsMart on Archer Road in Gainesville this weekend, Sat and Sun from 11am-5pm during our adoption hours. All of our cats and kittens have been leukemia tested, vet checked, vaccinated, fecal parasite tested, dewormed, treated for fleas with advantage, spayed or neutered, and microchipped prior to adoption. Our adoption fee is $100 to help cover a portion of the medical and daily care costs for each kitten. E-mail us at spcagainesville@hotmail.com for more information or if you have questions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

5 girl litter, a Putnam Hall Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Putnam Hall, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Putnam Hall.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Putnam Hall already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Putnam Hall breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Putnam Hall paves the way for another one to be saved.
