Greetings everyone!
My name is Nala, and I’m a darling little girl of 2 years-old who is the sweetest little bundle of joy you could ever ask for and more! I can be a bit shy, but once I get to know you, boy do I love to love! Mom says that if you pat your lap, I’ll wander right over to you and rest my nose on your shoulder and let out a big sigh of contentment into your ears! (It’s my own special way of showing you just how grateful I am!)
I’m quite the smart and special girl, eager to learn what is expected of me. I’m definitely housebroken, and I even know how to ring the bell to be let out! I’ve also learned how to sit for a treat, and I just can’t wait to master all the other commands we’re working on. Dad
says I catch on very quickly, and before you know it, I’ll have a whole repertoire of tricks to show off!
Mom wants you to know that I’m one very special girl. When I was found at the shelter, I had a little puppy that was very sick, and I was the best Mommy ever to him! Mom says it’s just so sweet how loving and nurturing I am. In fact, I even nurture and cuddle with my foster brother, and take care of him like he was my own puppy! It's quite a sight to see because he is much older than me, but to everyone's surprise, he is quite compliant!
I also love to play with my foster brother and sister, and I’ll use my front paws to bat them and invite them for a round of Bichon buzzing! It’s very funny to watch and when I’m finally all buzzed out, I like to snuggle as close as I can to them. Dad says I just have to be everywhere they are- why the other night, even when I got special bed privileges, I insisted on squishing in one crate with them!
I love my walks and even the car. Mom wants you to know that I am the world’s best walker because I never pull on the leash- I simply walk right behind you the entire time. Why, we’ve even tried an off-leash walk and Mom said I simply knocked her socks off with my good behavior! She says that I'm the must grateful and best foster she's ever had! (And that says something because she's had over a dozen!)
My foster parents think my ideal forever family will include someone who is home often, and maybe even another furkid who can spend lots of time petting me and teaching me new things. I just know I will be a superb companion for someone because I’m a happy, alert, gentle, sweet, calm and nurturing girl, not to mention beautiful! So if you’re looking for a sweetheart to brighten up your life, let’s meet! I’ll be waiting.
