UPDATE 11/2/09: Magnolia and Jasmine are doing very well and have become very close to each other in foster care. Jasmine is much more outgoing than her shy sister but both of them have come a long way from their very frightened start. They are still going to need a very special and experienced home, so please contact us by e-mail at spcagainesville@hotmail.com if you are interested in meeting these girls. POSTED 10/5/09: Jasmine and Magnolia are sisters who were trapped in a live trap and rescued. They are feral (wild). These 2 beautiful girls are only about 6 weeks old and weigh 1.5 lbs each. They have been leukemia tested, vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed, spayed, and microchipped. Anyone who is interested in them must have experience with socializing and handling scared wild kittens. Once they are around people, they will make wonderful pets but they may always be fearful of strangers. Our adoption site is at PetsMart on Archer Road in Gainesville from 11am-5pm Sat and Sun. You can speak to our coordinator Robin at that time but these kittens are too scared travel to the site each weekend. You can contact us by e-mail at spcagainesville@hotmail.com or visit our website at www.spcagainesville.webs.com You can also contact Robin at 352-339-3352 or 352-473-8276 about Jasmine and Magnolia.
