Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cody is a Lab mix puppy who found his way into the heart and home of one of our Beagle foster families. He was adopted out to a family who eventually became overwhelmed with life's circumstances and they could no longer offer him a good home. Now named Cody, he is back in his former foster home awaiting his REAL forever family. At almost a year old, he is full of fun, curiosity, and that clumsy adolescent goofiness.
Cody is a VERY good boy. He's good with children and other dogs, and he has learned to do his business outdoors. His foster mom reports that he "listens."
Cody can jump a 4 foot fence, so he needs a home with a 6' fence, or a human with the fortitude to leash him up when he needs to go outside. He has a propensity to visit the neighbors when left to his own devices.
As we tell all potential adopters, adopting a puppy is not for the faint of heart. (That's not necessarily a bad thing. This boy is fun!)Because of the noise and activity level of most pups, we don't recommend placement in apartments or condos.
Adoptive Status: Neutered, microchipped and UTD on shots.
Dream Home Minimum Requirements: Cody needs a loving, understanding home who will be patient with him while he adjusts to your home and schedule.
Owner Aptitude Level: Patient beginner. We generally recommend that those who adopt puppies have prior dog experience.
