Dottie's Story...
> Dottie 14 week old female Black and White Persian mix kitten
> These gorgeous kittens are like little Koi fish swimming in a pond.
> Such amazing markings. Mom is a Calico spotted Persian and she
> passed on her spots to her little family. They fortunately got the
> longer nose of their unknown father and happily will not have the
> breathing problems or runny eyes associated with flat faced Persians.
I have gotten to keep them to myself for as long as I can as they
grew fat and healthy. Now they are going this week to get fixed and I
know I must force myself to get them posted and let them go. Three
calico girls and one black and white spotted girl ( part Dalmation
dog ) and a red and white male. They need to go in pairs or to houses
where there is at least one play age kitten/cat for company. They are
very social and happy together, full of fun and affection.

Their mom is Julianne, the calico Persian, you can see her on the
Persian page. She is an absolute treasure and has been a terrific
mom to them. She still is nursing them and I will try to get a photo
of all spotted kittens five piled on her spotted body. It is so cute

They eat wet and dry and are litterbox perfect.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dottie, a Davis Persian kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Persian for sale in Davis, or seeking a Persian kitten from a breeder in Davis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Davis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Davis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Persian breeders who help with Persian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Davis paves the way for another one to be saved.
