My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sonic is approximately 2 years old. He is a gorgeous Black and Red German Shepherd. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, flea and tick prevention. He is also microchipped. Sonic is heartworm positive and he will need to stay on Ivermectin until he is negative. We will provide full information regarding our Heartworm treatment protocol. All of our Heartworm Positive dogs have been testing negative, free of heartworms within 6-10 month time frame depending on their current heartworm levels.

Sonic was found picked up as a stray and rescued out of our local shelter. This handsome boy is currently in obedience training and will do well with an experienced German Shepherd owner. He loves to run so a large fenced in yard would be perfect because he is very hyper. He is doing great with his crate training and he is housebroken. No cats or small dogs for Sonic, he has too much prey drive. He gets along well with other dogs just as long as they are not too dominant or overally submissive he needs another playmate that can match his energy.

If you are active and want a dog to work obedience Sonic would be perfect. He is excelling on his heeling excercises. Sonic loves to work on his obedience lessons and he also thrives for attention. He is a lovey dog, that loves to lay close by your side or near your feet during down time.
