Pepperoni's Story...
Pepperoni is a beautiful 6 1/2 month old gray and white domestic short hair. He was adopted from FOWA as a baby and recently returned. The family has young children and Pepperoni loves to chase their feet and pounce and ended up being afraid of this poor baby. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and tested negative for FELV/FIV. He loves other cats and dogs but we would suggest a home without young children. If interested in giving this boy another chance at a forever home fill out the application and call us at 973-902-7515. Pepperoni's adoption fee is $100.

Pepperoni is up-to-date with routine shots, house trained and spayed/neutered

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pepperoni, a Wayne Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Wayne, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Wayne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Wayne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Wayne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Wayne paves the way for another one to be saved.
