Roo's puppies's Story...
Gorgeous Roo, our 14 month old shepherd mix girl came to us pregnant and had a record number of puppies! 14 adorable pups, 2 boys and 12 girls. We're not sure who daddy was (as usual - there are many 'traveling males' in that area) but the pups seem to have maybe Boxer in them. Whatever they might be, they are delightful, and if they have Roo's sweet personality, you can be sure you will have the most loving, wonderful dog if you adopt one of these munchkins! Our guess is they will be medium sized, maybe 50-60 pounds once fully grown. (again, that's an estimate) The puppies will be ready to go home at the end of February. The adoption fee for each pup is $350, which includes spay/neuter, microchip and first set of shots.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roo's puppies, a Los Angeles Boxer/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Boxer/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Boxer/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
