Hi World,
My name is Sparky and I’m a very sweet, SMART and lovable little guy who also happens to be very good natured. My foster Mom says I love to go for walks - and rides in the car - and I love to play with toys. (I ‘borrow’ them from my sister and like to play with them… she doesn’t think it’s playing, but I do! )
Mom says I’m pretty happy-go-lucky, that I’m good with other small dogs and very loveable.
I’m also very easy to be around. I don’t bark, am housebroken and very loveable. I will come up to you to be petted and to sit on your lap if you let me. If you want to cuddle, I’m pretty good at that, too! In fact I’m so good that I even like cats! (My foster Mom has two - as well as my foster sister and I do just fine with all of them!)
I’m calm and good natured but I don’t like treats. Mom thinks that is funny. She says I do like to eat, however, in fact I eat a bit too fast -- so she is hoping to slow me down. But I do have these amazingly long eye lashes and when I bat them at her… well, she sure does melt.
Since Mom does not have any kids, we don’t know how I would be with children – so if you have children we will need to find out. She says the cutest thing she ever saw was me watching Animal Planet the other day. Mom says I tried to play with the animals in the TV, and got as close to the screen as I could possibly get – just trying to play with them. (See, I told you she said I’m smart - and did I mention funny?)
Mom thinks I’m about 4 or 5 years old and weigh about 16 pounds. While I’m waiting for my
forever family I’m being as good as I can be. So if you think I’m the one for you, please fill
