Audra's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Audra's Story...
Audra is two and half years old She is quite the affectionate kitty and loves to be around people! Audra is very outgoing and loves attention! She has been hand raised from a kitten. So we are quite familiar with her personality. She really enjoys in playing and wrestling with other cats and kittens. Her best friend is Ginny. Ginny is more the quiet type and is shy around people. She is great company for Audra! They are often found together either playing or sleeping together. Audra and Ginny are two peas in a pod! They would be the perfect pair to adopt together if you have room for the both of them. We will consider separating them if you have another cat under the age of 5 years. Audra will tolerate a well behave dog as well.

She is already spayed, FIV/FELK tested negative, Avid micro-chipped, de-wormed and has all her shots including Leukemia vaccines... She is ready to go to a loving home. Adoption fee is $100.00 which includes one free vet visit within 30 days of adoption (medicines and services not included).

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Audra, a Chicago Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
