My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dewey is a handsome male kitten, about 8 weeks old, so named because he looks like the famous library cat, Dewey Decimal. He is lively and playful, and ready for his own home. His brother is Drake and we would like them to be adopted together as they as quite bonded. Also, from the size of their paws, these guys are going to be big cats. Dewey is such a character, you'll have to keep his nails trimmed, because when you pick him up, he loves to box your nose!!! If you are interested in giving Dewey and Drake a home, please email us for an adoption application at the following: ccrescue614@yahoo.com and we will send it to you via email and then you will need to fill it out and return it as a pdf or in word format.

We NEVER ship cats no exception, and declawing is NOT an option. To meet a cat we must have your application screened and approved before setting an appointment as all our cats are in foster homes and we need time to coordinate the transport from the fosters to the meeting of the cats. This is the rule with no exceptions.

We are a volunteer organization so please give us time to return any emails and if you call it will take us a bit longer to return calls. Most volunteers work daytime hours.
