Pearl's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Pearl's Story...
Pearl and her litter mates are needing a forever home. A family moved away and left their mama before she had them. A kindly neighbor has taken mama in and the pups when they were born. They are 8 wks old as of 8 15 10.
Mom looks to be a lab/terrier mix. The pups look like they have had different dads as they seem very different from one another. Australian or Belgian shepherds possibly? and even a Boxer or Sharpei mix tossed in. They have longer hair than a lab or terrier.
They are gettling lots of TLC in their foster home and are healthy . Please contact the Powells Beth.Powell2@va.gov if interested in seeing them or adopting one. They are located in Gaston County but not far from Hwy 16 that goes from Charlotte to Lincoln County.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pearl, a Lincolnton Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in Lincolnton, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Lincolnton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lincolnton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lincolnton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lincolnton paves the way for another one to be saved.
