Hunter's Story...
Hi, my name is Hunter & I'm just 10 weeks old. And although I was born blind, I'm not disabled; I'm very confident & take pride in the fact that I'm independent. The vet says that my sense of smell & hearing are great! I'm so happy to be alive! In my short life, I have proven myself to be self sufficient & super smart. I love to roll around & play with my brother & sister, but I am also very comfortable on my own. My favorite thing is outside time. I know it's hard to believe, but I have not had one one accident in the house; I definitely prefer to do my buisness outside. Aren't you proud of me? I'm just an adorable, special, loving little boy waiting for my perfect forever home. Go Chargers! =) Love, Hunter xoxo

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hunter, a San Diego Chihuahua/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Chihuahua/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Chihuahua/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
