Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ginger is a sweet, active and friendly 12-year-old, eight-pound female Toy Poodle looking for a loving home. Ginger is housebroken, crate-trained, and gets along with other dogs and cats. I’m not sure if her human died, or moved into assisted living, but she was brought to Chicago Animal Care and Control. She appears to have been well-cared for and loved. She appears to be deaf, almost blind, and has a heart murmur. But Ginger still enjoys begging for treats and has pep and happiness in her step. She’s probably not a good companion for families with young children because she is easily startled – since she can’t hear or see very well - and can nip. Ginger is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, and heartworm-tested. To meet and possibly adopt or foster her, please contact Kat at kbudrean@hotmail.com or 312-823-9930. Her adoption fee of $65 benefits the Friends of Chicago Animal Care and Control.
