Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Scotty is an extremely calm, relaxed and friendly, 70-pound, two-year-old, male American Bulldog/Am Staff-mix looking for the perfect home. Scotty has a playful side; he loves to romp and play with toys and balls. He loves people and enjoys when you scratch his butt; he rubs up against you like a cat. He may be best as the only pet in your home to soak up all the attention, but he does get along with female dogs and puppies – but not cats. Scotty is well-trained. He is good on leash and loves to go on walks and rides in the car. He is housebroken and crate trained. He knows the commands sit, down and shake, and takes treats ever so gently from your fingers. Scotty lived with his family in a trailer park, but when they had to pay extra for insurance because of his breed, they sadly gave him up to the shelter. Scotty is very healthy, de-wormed, micro-chipped, neutered, up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccines, heartworm-tested and on preventative. To meet and possibly adopt him, please contact his foster mom Lynne at lynnesbunnies@yahoo.com or 630-240-4760. His adoption fee of $105 benefits the South Suburban Humane Society.
