Layla has been with our rescue group longer that most dogs and we believe it's because of her looks. People have been hesitant to even meet Layla since she looks like a brindle" pitbull", To give this poor girl a better chance we paid to have a DNA test done on her to see what breed of dog she actually is. We always suspected Layla looked like a pitbull, but wasn't a pitbull. Guess what we found? Layla is a mix of Boxer, Bull Terrier, and a tad of Yorkie, and American Staffordshire Terrier. So although our. Layla may look like a Pitbull, she's actually a mutt. And you know what they say about mutts; they make the best dogs of all because they seem to get all the best qualities of the breeds they are mixed with. Mutts are smart, healthy, easy-going, and are free of all the quirks that purebreds can have. Layla is a year and a half old, so she still has a lot of energy she is housebroken, well-trained , loves car rides and long walks, LOVES TO CUDDLE, and would be a perfect companion for a family that can love and appreciate an All-American Mutt!
