Oreo's Story...
Hi,
My name is Oreo and I'm as sweet at my name. I'm about 5 years old and I lived my whole life with my elderly person who was no longer able to care for me. So I need a new home now with someone to love me. I love to rub up against people and sleep on their beds. I love when people stroke my silky soft fur. I'm very well behaved I use my litter box and have never had an accident in my foster home. I also use a scratching post instead of the furniture this makes my foster family very happy. I'm a very clean cat and I'm constantly grooming myself. I also like to play I love to chase lights and shadows and I love those toys that smell like cat nip. I don't really like the little people in the house they make me very nervous and I think that I would like to get a new home without the very little people. I'm not so sure about dogs it would depend on the dog. I think I could get along with other cats but it may take me a little while to warm up to them.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oreo, a Worcester Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Worcester, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Worcester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Worcester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Worcester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Worcester paves the way for another one to be saved.
