Lila von Lindberg's Story...
Lila von Lindberg is the cutest little 10 month old mix of fluff and smiles. We're not sure what she's mixed with - maybe Aussie - but she has the most beautiful sable coat. She's a smaller girl and will be no more than about 40 pounds when fully grown. It was hard to get a decent picture of her because she simply wouldn’t stop wagging her tail! She didn't like having to sit still tied up for her pictures, she just wanted to be with our volunteer. She's great with other dogs and people and would make a wonderful family pet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lila von Lindberg, a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
