Here's what the humans have to say about me:
A handsome, loving little guy who's view of life and food is that it should be simple, uncomplicated, but of course, always, always good. And while not yet ready to participate in the "Great Food Truck Race," he will still be there to cheer you on!!!
Tyler was one of six pups born to Bogey and Bacall. The entire family was a cruelty seizure (abhorrent living conditions and no vetting) that ended up in a high kill shelter in rural Virginia.
Potential adopters need to understand that adopting a puppy is not a commitment to be taken lightly. They require diligent oversight and constant vigilance. Tyler will need someone who will be committed to his care for his entire lifetime - which is typically 14-15 years (or more).
Due to the noise and activity level of a dog this young, we will NOT place in apartments or condos. We also prefer to place puppies in homes with securely fenced yards, and no children under the age of 8, unless you have previous dog experience. Placements must be relatively local, as our volunteers simply cannot drive to distant locales for a home visit.
Adoptive Status:
Dream Home Minimum Requirements: Tyler needs a home where loving patience will be exercised as he learns what is expected of him.
Owner Aptitude Level: Prior dog experience would be helpful. Puppies are challenging!
