Snowball's Story...
Snowball is not being sheltered at The Pet Connection. PLEASE CALL 913.963.4656 for more information on this dog. This handsome boy with one blue eye and one brown eye, and his sisters Snow White and Snowflake, were brought to the shelter by Animal Control because their owner had too many animals. Snowball and his siblings are terrified to find themselves at the shelter, and need new owners who can be patient with them and help them regain some confidence and a sense of security. Come meet Snowball and his sisters today! The Pet Connection is generous enough to allow us to post these dogs on their websites. Snowball is currently located at a local KC municipal shelter that unfortunately has to euthanize dogs due to the high intake and lack of adoptable homes. Please consider adopting this deserving dog and giving them a chance at a loving home and a long life.
Please do not contact The Pet Connection, instead contact 913.963.4656 to learn more about this great dog! WE ANSWER CALLS IMMEDIATELY OR RETURN CALLS WITHIN 2 HOURS.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Snowball, a Olathe Siberian Husky/Akita puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky/Akita for sale in Olathe, or seeking a Siberian Husky/Akita puppy from a breeder in Olathe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Olathe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Olathe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky/Akita breeders who help with Siberian Husky/Akita rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Olathe paves the way for another one to be saved.
