My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I came into MaxFund with my brother Stevie Ray and my name’s Vaughan. I can’t say either of us are great musicians but we both have wonderful, melodious beagle voices, especially me!
Our humans divorced and no one was able to take care of us. Luckily for us they brought us to MaxFund where we will be well taken care of until we find a forever home. Of course we would like to be adopted together because we have been together since we were pups. We are 9 years old now so that’s quite a time to be together. However we understand if we have to be adopted into different families. We just want both of us to be a part of a loving, forever family.

I am an outgoing and friendly 33 lb Beagle mix. Beagles are often described as “merry” and yup – that’s me and my brother! I get along with human of all ages, other friendly dogs and also cats.

I am housetrained and generally well behaved. I love walks (of course!) and I keep up a brisk pace. I enjoy playtime and splashing about in a paddle pool in summer. I am not keen on car rides and I find that long journeys are not much fun. I may get better with practice! You can ask the folks here at MaxFund about techniques to help me enjoy car rides more if it is important to you that I get to like them.
