Hi People!
I’m Elvis, a handsome (of course – that’s why I have my name!) and cuddly five year old Bichon who loves other dogs and loves people! I’m a happy boy who is a very lucky FurKid and I appreciate that Life is Good! I love my foster family and their bichons! I love car rides and walks! And guess what else? I love to play! Why you can grab my rope toy or my tug toy or you can play ‘chase me.’ Wow, is that fun!
Mom says that I have the cutest face, am very smart and that I love to please. She says I ‘go with the flow’ and will do whatever you want to do. Love to snuggle? I’m a pro! Love to go for rides (I’m beyond great in the car!) Love to take a nap? Well I’m a really good nap-taker too. (Please tell Mom she’s doing a really good job; I’m pretty darn close to perfect!)
Dad says I come when anyone calls me. (He says his own fur kids don’t do that so he hopes I will influence them.) I’m also learning lots of human words like: ‘sit’, ‘stop’ and ‘wait’. If I am barking and either Mom or Dad asks me to stop, I do! (I like showing how much I appreciate them.)
Dad says I’m friendly, playful and the only thing that I haven’t quite figured out is how to play fetch. You see Dad does such a good job getting the toys and bringing them back to me – well, you get the picture!
I would love to have my own family and a doggy brother or sister to play with. Mom says I would not be happy as an only FurKid -- but I will always do my best to keep everyone smiling, feeling important and loved. (That’s easy for me because whoever adopts me will be my whole world.)
