Louie (& Marvin)'s Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Louie (& Marvin)'s Story...
Louie is an adorable 6 month old boy rescued with his littermates as tiny babies. He has the most incredible medium length fluffy grey coat which doesn't require alot of grooming. He is very loving, playful and a bit more independent minded ...not the clingy type. He is so handsome he should be on a calendar or in commercials! Not a night goes by that he is not on the bed, sitting nearby while you watch TV or curled up with one of his feline foster friends . He is looking for a home where he'll have the companionship of another kitten/young cat (preferably his brother "Will") or one already in your care. Meet him in his Falls Church, VA foster home or upon request at our Sunday adoption fair in DC. Updated 2/7/11

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Louie (& Marvin), a Arlington Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Arlington, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Arlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
