Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Minnie Montgomery is around 1 1/2 yrs old and about 16 lbs with very delicate features and tiny paws. Her true identity is being revealed as "Baby Einstein" as she was able to unzip the door to her nylon crate. She's also adept at letting herself out of a metal crate unless some sort of clamp is used. Minnie will not always need to be crated, but she is still quite puppy-like in her behavior and for her own safety should be crated when left alone.
She's made great strides in learning to behave indoors and she prefers sleeping in her open crate at night.
She is very playful and tries relentlessly to get her geriatric foster siblings to play. She definitely needs another playful dog or older kids to play with. Like most young beagles, she would benefit from some obedience training. Minnie is very smart and is learning new things every day. She's very affectionate, a true love bug. Her foster mom feels that she would thrive as an only dog.
Adoptive Status: Will be spayed, UTD on shots, heartworm negative and micro-chipped on Tuesday, March 8.
Dream Home Minimum Requirements: Minnie needs to go to a home that will be tolerant of her puppy behavior. She is a very good girl and wants to please.
