Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Oh, this boy Sheridan, is a real love!!! If you're looking for a real "catch", he's the one! He's a true English style purebred boy, rescued from a high kill nasty shelter in the Inland Empire.
Sheridan is a beautiful black boy with a gorgeous face, the fantastic labby personality and the overall good looks to go with it. His tail never stops wagging. Being an English style lab, he is smaller/shorter and chubbier than other labs, but is a perfect love.
Sheridan gets along great with other dogs; he is polite and well behaved. He walks great on the leash and is strong but settles in nicely. He rides perfectly in the car, and if given free rein, will ride shotgun or with his head on your shoulder, dispersing the occasional kiss. It's obvious that he was someone's pet - he knows several commands including sit, shake and down, his coat is in excellent condition and he just wants to be with you. He's been staying at a local vet hospital in boarding and all the vet techs absolutely adore him. Sheridan behaves well in public, showing off for his admirers. He has a wee bit of gray on his muzzle that belies his still-puppy-like nature. He is in need of a foster, then a FOREVER HOME.
