Meet Skylar. an absolutely awesome boy. He just loves human contact and snuggled up to his rescuer in the car on the way back from the shelter. He's good with other dogs. He is a perfect boy, with great manners and an easy going personality. He is a low-energy dog and is happy to just be by your side.
Skyler's story is one of heartache, as he was confiscated from his previous home because of neglect.

His story and his FANTASTIC personality won the heart of our Rescue on his LAST weekend. His ability to BOND with people after what he has been thru is pretty amazing, as the first time he met the LR Gal he promptly sat and offered her his paw.......which made her tear up knowing his story.

He rides great in the car, takes treats gently, and just wants to be NEAR his people, as this GENTLE soul loves to "nuzzle" up next to you. With Skylar you will find a devoted dog who is content to be near his people, and he deserves a faithful family to call his own!
