Grace is the sweetest and mellowest beagle you'll meet. She's been an amazingly easy foster -- she's gentle, she's housetrained, she gets along well with our resident dogs and she doesn't ask for much. Though we've only had her for a short time, she is starting to get a little more outgoing and feel like she can be more involved in the everyday goings on in our home. She's often happy to sit back and watch the action around her or take a nap. She likes to move from place to place all over the living room every half hour or so during her power naps, which is one way to keep lounging around interesting!

Grace is also very soft and fluffy, not like many other beagles. She may have lived outdoors for a long time and may have developed a bit of a fluffier coat to compensate. But it makes her quite nice to pet -- and Grace can't get enough attention, so petting Grace is a win-win situation. Grace also loves treats, though she can sometimes be a bit picky about them, and turns into an amazingly energetic dog when you get out her harness to go for a walk!

Grace is one of BREW's special needs dogs. She has a heart murmur and will need to be kept on heart medication to help manage her condition for the rest of her life. She is otherwise a perfect beagle girl who is just waiting for someone who would love a laid-back, trustworthy pup with lots of love to give. Please let BREW know if she might be the match for you!
