Toby is a very social little man! He loves spending time with his people. He enjoys car rides, taking walks or just lounging around the house. Toby is housetrained, crate trained, kid safe, dog and cat safe and knows basic commands. Toby gets along well with other dogs but would rather be with people. Toby needs a fenced yard or to be leashed walked since he is a Beagle and likes to follow his nose.
