Patrick
Baby Male Russian Blue, born ~October 20, 2006

We named this baby Patrick, after Saint Patrick, because he's got the luck o' the Irish. He was in a cage w/ lots of other kittens all scheduled to be euthanized that night. We were at the shelter and trying to decide which cats we could find foster homes for that day. Patrick just kept crying and crying, so Ellen picked him up, stuck him in the pocket of her shirt, and carried him around the shelter just to keep him quiet. As we were walking out, shelter staff said .. "please take him, so we don't have to euthanize him". So, she did. It turns out he was too young to eat the food he was offered and he was just starving to death! We were lucky enough to find a foster home that would take him, bottle feed him, and get him ready for adoption. Patrick is a little pistol. He's got personality PLUS! Great little fella who needs lots of attention. He should be ready to go to his new home soon. Get your application in now. This is one GREAT kitten!
