Limbo had been pulled from a shelter when her planned rescue from Canada fell through. Thank heavens a wonderful shelter volunteer offered to keep her until BREW Midwest could get her into a foster home. We had Limbo examined by the vet before her spay. Unfortunately, Limbo's entire mammary chain was full of tumors. She has had extensive surgery to remove tumors on one side, full mastectomy. The tumors have been sent out for biopsy and good news, they are benign! Limbo will require another surgery to remove the remaining tumors and we are very hopeful that the remaining tumors will be benign as well!. Limbo is a very sweet loving beagle girl, she loves going for walks and hiding her toys. She gets along great with cats and dogs and is a wonderful companion.
