Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Romeo – DOB 04/01/06: 7 month old Black Mouth Cur – like the Disney dog “Old Yeller”. He has had all of his shots, is HW negative, and is neutered. He is housebroken and I believe he is also crate trained but that part may need a bit of work as he isn’t too sure about going in one. He is very social and LOVES kids of all ages. He is gentle and very tolerant of the pulling and tugging and wrestling of children. We are working on sit and the down position and he does pretty well most of the time – it only took him a day to learn it with a treat and will now do it without one – but of course he’d rather have one for doing so well. He learns very fast so may just graduate at the top of his obedience class with his new people. He will chew if bored and left alone so needs to be in a puppy proof area when not being watched. It would be great if he went to a home with his friend Juliet or with other dogs to play with. He is cuddly and just wants to sit and watch TV with his humans. He has never had an inside home of his own so is looking forward to it. He isn’t a much of a jumper or barker. He isn’t too fond of his bath but he doesn’t mind the rain or water – he would be a great dog to take to the beach or river with you.
