Lamb Tail's Story...
Lamb Tail.
11 week old female Sealpoint Ragdoll mix

I really think I should have been called Lamp Chop, but as you can see in my photo, I have this very funny, short tail. My foster mom named me Lamb Tail, because I sort of look like a baby lamb. I have heard people call my funny tail a “birth defect,” but I think of it as a “birth distinction.” I am, you will note, just about as adorable as kittens come.

I have two brothers, Suzuki and YoYo Paw, but I am even more adventurous and outgoing than they are. Since I am the girl, I have to keep up with my brothers, and I do a good job at that!
I am very playful and love my toys. I also love to chase and play with my friends in the kitten nursery. I need to go to home where I will have a buddy to play with—one of my brothers, perhaps?

I will be tested, spayed, and up-to-date in my vaccines before I go home. Of course, I am litterbox perfect.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lamb Tail, a Davis Ragdoll kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ragdoll for sale in Davis, or seeking a Ragdoll kitten from a breeder in Davis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Davis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Davis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ragdoll breeders who help with Ragdoll rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Davis paves the way for another one to be saved.
