My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bella is a sweet girl but very afraid of men she was put in a basement for 4 years by a man when his wife died. He did not like the 2 cats so he put them in the basement with minimal food and water. So she has been in our rescue for months to get her to feel safe and trust people again. She is doing great now not hiding under the bed but sleeping on it happily. But she is not at all comfortable with men so she would do best in a home with only women. Kids scare her a great deal, she needs a home that is quiet and soothing to her. She is a cat that slowly gets better with the sounds of normal life. But living in a cement basement without the daily life of people and their daily noises will take time. She would prefer to be the only cat but will do fine with another cat if they just ignore her she is not a foghter and dogs are a big NO. She is a loving girl who likes to sleep with you and cuddle right up to you. Her purring will wake you up sometimes because she is so happy to be safe and loved. She is spayed, microchipped vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and front declaw. Her adoption fee is $ 200.00 all adoption fees go to pay for the past vet care listed above.
